Proper installation is crucial to ensure safety, durability, and performance. The technical requirements for installing an anti-static floor include several key steps: First, the ground must be properly prepared. The original floor should be leveled, and any debris or uneven areas should be removed. A clean and flat surface is essential for the stability of the raised floor system. Next, accurate measurements and layout planning are necessary. Based on the room dimensions and equipment placement, a suitable laying plan should be designed according to the modular size of the raised floor panels. If the room’s dimensions align with the module, the installation should start from the center and work outward. If there are discrepancies, the central points of the room should be identified to determine the differences in each direction. Depending on the size of the difference, the floor can be laid either from the outside in or using a symmetrical grid pattern. In cases where holes need to be left for equipment, the laying direction and sequence should be carefully planned. The height of the floor should be determined based on design specifications. Once the layout is finalized, marking lines on the floor and walls will help guide the installation process and ensure accuracy during construction. After the layout is complete, adjustable brackets and beams are installed. These brackets are placed along the height control lines marked on the walls and the base floor. Beams are then positioned on the ground, and the height of each bracket is adjusted accordingly. Once level, all nuts should be tightened to create a stable network of supports. The next step involves laying the raised floor panels. Each panel should be placed carefully, ensuring that the four corners make smooth and tight contact with the support structure. If the panels do not fit perfectly due to irregular dimensions, they can be cut to size using precision tools. Any cut sections should be fitted with appropriate adjustable brackets and beams to maintain structural integrity. Finally, an anti-static grounding system must be installed after the floor is fully laid. This ensures that static electricity is safely dissipated, meeting both design requirements and industry standards. Grounding connections should be checked for proper conductivity and reliability. Proper installation of anti-static raised floors not only enhances the aesthetics of the space but also plays a critical role in protecting sensitive electronic equipment and ensuring a safe working environment.
