Orange lemon peel can prevent cancer

Scientists at the University of Montfort have discovered that there is a complex known as salvestrol Q40 in the orange peel that can kill enzymes in the body that stimulate the growth of cancer cells. Prospective experiments have shown that the complex lemon olein present in lemon, orange and grapefruit skin also has the effect of reducing the risk of cancer. It is a good idea to use cleansed skinned fruit for seasoning dishes, cooking soup, baking food, and mixing in yogurt or hot tea.
