Scope of application:
This standard specifies the fatigue test method for elastic bars.
This standard is applicable to the fatigue test of the main line railway elastic type fastener A, B type elastic strip and elastic strip B type fastener spring.
Test principle:
A pulse load is applied to the spring bar in a displacement control manner to perform a fatigue test.
Test device:
1. The elastic test of the elastic bar adopts the displacement control type fatigue test machine or the electro-hydraulic servo fatigue test machine.
2. The loading frequency of the testing machine is (4-16) Hz.
Sampling method:
1. The physical samples of the elastic strips should be randomly selected; 6 pieces of each type of elastic strip are taken, of which 3 are spare samples.
2. The physical specimen of the elastic strip shall comply with the relevant provisions of the product standard.
experiment procedure:
1. Place the test elastic bar on the measuring platform, and measure the relative elevation of the front end of the middle section of the elastic bar with a dial gauge. The reading accuracy is 0.01 mm, which is recorded as Ho;
2. Assembling the elastic strip according to the standard, so that the spring is embedded in the arc of the hard metal embedded block;
3. When the loading head of the fatigue testing machine contacts the loading beam according to the standard, the loading head continues to be displaced downward relative to the substrate of the loading device until the displacement reaches the specified elastic strip design assembly displacement d;
4. Continue to apply dynamic displacement +0.50~10.90 mm on the basis of the displacement applied by 3, that is, the displacement of the buckle end of the elastic strip during the fatigue test of the elastic strip is d+0.5d_o.9~;
5. The number of load cycles is 5*10^6.
