The Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Center is mainly responsible for environmental quality monitoring and pollution source monitoring in Shanghai's administrative jurisdiction, including water, atmospheric environmental quality, soil, solid waste, environmental noise, and environmental monitoring in sensitive areas, such as drinking water sources. 1 Demand analysis

About the power distribution monitoring system:

Set up a power distribution monitoring system for real-time monitoring of smart devices. The monitoring system includes monitoring host, eight-channel communication management machine, power isolation module, industrial network switch, communication cabinet, data processing workstation, power distribution management system software, UPS, printer and other equipment. The monitoring system is connected to the equipment in the station through the field bus to ensure the communication quality. The monitoring host hardware adopts the brand industrial special computer, the CPU frequency should be no less than 2.0Hz, the memory capacity should be no less than 2GB, and the hard disk capacity should be no less than 500GB. The monitoring host should use an LED display with a size of not less than 19 inches. Printer: A4 format black and white laser printer.

System performance requirements are as follows:

The system should be displayed in full Chinese interface. From the dead zone of the data acquisition device input to the running station CRT display ≤ 5s. From the data acquisition device input state quantity displacement to the running workstation CRT display ≤ 3s. The whole system real-time data scanning period is ≤3s. The whole frame of the screen is called response time real-time picture ≤ 2s, other pictures ≤ 3s. The real-time data refresh cycle of the screen is ≤4s. The I/O measurement and control unit adds the mutation amount to the data processing and communication device MODEM or the gateway machine exit time: the telemetry is ≤3s, and the remote signal is ≤2s. This technical condition applies to the power distribution room of the Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Center. Supplier products should be highly safe and reliable, easy to expand, and easy to maintain and maintain. 2 system plan

The monitoring system mainly realizes power consumption monitoring and power management for the substation of Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Center. The monitoring scope is 10KV integrated protection device, DC screen, transformer temperature controller and low-voltage multi-function instrument. The system is connected to 2 sets of 10KV integrated protection devices, 1 DC screen, 2 transformer temperature controllers and 69 low-voltage multi-function meters, which are divided into 6 buses (the comprehensive protection device adopts Super Category 5 network communication). The bus directly accesses the data collector in the substation, and the super five types of network cables directly access the network switch in the substation, thereby implementing data communication between the meter on the bus and the monitoring host on the monitoring host. 1) Station management

2) Network communication layer

3) Field device layer

The field device layer is a data acquisition terminal, which is mainly composed of a smart meter, an integrated protection device, a DC screen, and a transformer temperature controller. The smart meter is connected to the communication server through a shielded twisted pair RS485 interface and a MODBUS communication protocol bus type connection. The server arrives at the power distribution monitoring host to perform networking and remote monitoring.

The real-time monitoring of electricity not only can display the power consumption of the loop, but also has the function of network communication, and can form a power monitoring system with the communication management machine and computer. The system realizes the analysis and processing of the collected data, displays the running status of each distribution circuit in the substation in real time, and has a pop-up alarm dialog box, voice prompt, SMS alarm light for the closing and closing of the load, and generates various energy reports. Analyze curves, graphs, etc., to facilitate remote meter reading and analysis and research of electric energy.
