The project is included in the second batch of major construction projects in urban and county areas, with a total planned investment of 2 billion yuan to build a manufacturing project with oil drill bits and drill pipes as the leading products. The project is divided into three phases. The first phase plans to invest 450 million yuan to build an oil drill pipe production line. The main products are drill pipes for oil exploration drilling, and the design capacity is 40,000 tons of drill pipes per year. Construction started in October 2008 with a total investment of 411 million yuan and a total area of ​​33,000 square meters. At present, the office building, the comprehensive building and the No.1 and No.2 workshops are completed, and some equipments are being installed and commissioned.
