After the main rotor of the motor is powered, the screw is adjusted and tightened. This makes it easy for the cylinder to contact the pump core by gravity. The cylinder head and the cylinder wall are optimally matched. In this process, a few drops of lubricating oil can be added to the air pump to reduce the moving friction. This step is critical. If the assembly is not good, it is easy to cause the motor card shaft or negative pressure suction to fail to meet the requirements.
If the negative pressure gauge is connected before the oil window is not installed, if the negative pressure of the gas pump can reach the normal value, the oil window can generally meet the requirements when used. The third is to install the slide, please do not install the opposite direction. In addition, otherwise the sealing performance is not good, affecting the negative pressure. Install the slide, the cylinder cover should be covered before the motor is tested, so as to prevent the slide from injuring people. Fourth, when installing the oil ring, check whether the oil ring is evenly rounded. After installation, power on the motor to see if it rotates with the motor main shaft. The oil window should be placed on the oil line. Too much will be wasted with the pump. Too little to achieve the purpose of lubrication and sealing.
