1. After the power is turned, the swing arm rotates back and forth or the gate opens.

1) Determine whether the limit photoelectric switch is exposed to strong light (usually refers to outdoor installation and debugging): Detection method: cover the chassis cover; if necessary, open the chassis or movement cover, please cover the limit with dark color opaque objects Photoelectric switch for debugging!

2) Test limit photoelectric switch:

A, check the zero, left open, right open limit photoelectric switch is powered! Check for loose or poor contact of the 4PIN tip;

B. After entering the debugging menu P00, turn the brake shaft to drive the light block to block the optocoupler of the limit photoelectric switch in left open position, zero position and right open position. When the optocoupler is cut off, the indicator light is bright and the output voltage is + 12V, otherwise the limit photoelectric switch is damaged;

3) Check whether the connection between the limit photoelectric switch and the main board is reliable;

4) If the limit photoelectric switch and connection are normal, the motherboard is damaged.

2. After the gate signal is valid, there is no action on the gate

1) The LED of the main board is normal. When the valid opening signal is given, the L7 or L8 indicator will flash intermittently and the direction indicator will turn into a green arrow (herein contains 2 signals in different directions). The gate will not operate: Detect PX terminal's PC, PD's output voltage (AC18V), detect whether F2 (3A) fuse is blown; if normal, detect if there is voltage output (DC24V) at the ends of MA and MB of DX terminal. If there is output, check the motor. Whether there is no welding off the connection; whether the motor is damaged;

2) The main board indicator light is off, and the LED digital tube is not displayed: Detection method: Detect the voltage output of the PX terminal's PA and PB (AC12V); detect whether the F1 (2A) fuse is blown. If all of the above are normal, it is determined that the motherboard is damaged;

3, the gate does not reset after opening the gate or reset immediately after opening the gate
When the pedestrian passes the gate, the gate will not be reset immediately (referring to the gate with induction reset function). After a delay, the gate will be locked or reset immediately after it is opened: Detection method: First detect cylindrical photoelectric switch And whether it is on; when there is signal output, the L2 or L4 indicator on the main board will be bright, otherwise the main board will be damaged; Check whether the main board parameter setting P08 is set to have memory;

4, the gate does not move after power off
Detect the voltage of dry batteries (not less than DC9V);

2) Check if the circuit is loose or unwelded. Check the voltage output (DC12V) of the MA and MB terminals of the CON1 terminal of the power board. Otherwise, the power-off control board is damaged.

5, After the power is turned off, the swing arm is set to be inactive and the arm swings after the power is turned on.

1) Detect the voltage of dry battery (not less than DC9V);

2) Check if the circuit is loose or disconnected. Check the voltage output (DC12V) of MA and MB terminals of CON1 terminal of the power-down control board. Otherwise, the power-down control board will be damaged.

3) Detect left and right open-position limit photoelectric switches and mainboards, respectively.

4) The movement clearance is too large, which causes the swing arm to move so that the light block moves. After the power is turned on, the limit signal is not detected and the motor is reversed. Use a dark opaque object to cut off the optocoupler on a lower limit photoelectric switch to normal 6. When a line is used, a cylindrical photoelectric switch is used to open the gate.

1) Check if there is no one-to-one correspondence between online connections;

2) Check the menu function setting of the main board, P04 menu setting function selection 7. When the gate is open, the two gates are not synchronized.
