In Lucheng, there are 390 steel tape measurers and measuring tool manufacturers, including Haibo Tools, Yadong Measuring Tools, and Oriental Measuring Tools, with an annual output of 150,000 tons of steel tape, 1.5 billion steel tape measure, and 120 million pieces of various hardware tools. In 2013, the output value of Yucheng Hardware Measuring Tools reached RMB 5.6 billion, and it exported RMB 350 million, accounting for more than 85% of the national production share.
