Insufficient light can lead to poor flowering, while direct sunlight may scorch the leaves. To balance this, place the plant near a south-facing window in winter and in a shaded, bright area during summer to ensure it receives soft, indirect light. For propagation, flamingo flowers produce white pollen. Use a dry brush to manually pollinate the flowers, which encourages seed development. Once the seeds are mature, collect them—small like sesame seeds—and plant them between May and September. Soak the seeds in water before sowing to help them absorb moisture.
