Roll neck bearing device

Whether the bearing device is correct or not will directly affect its application accuracy, life and function. 1. Four-row tapered roller bearing device:
1) Before the bearing device, the cooperation components should be handled; including the roll neck, the bearing seat, the bearing seat cover, the seal, the smooth oil passage of the bearing seat and the vent hole, etc.; look at the relevant scale, shape and orientation accuracy and cooperation Whether the service can match the skill needs depicted,
2) The appearance of the cooperation with the bearing; the edges and burrs of the roll neck, the bearing seat and the oil hole must be removed; and the clean and smooth oil is removed.
3) At any time, the four-row tapered roller bearings should be assembled in the correct order; Timken uses the alphabetic symbol system to ensure that the bearings are in the correct order; the bearing components are symbolized from A to E and are required to comply. The correct alphabetical order is stacked; the bearing assembly can be placed in the bearing housing with the A side or the E side facing down; however, it is necessary for the components to adhere to the correct order.
4) Before loading the bearing into the bearing seat; check the bearing record card; determine the bearing bearing area to be used; each bearing outer ring is marked by the bearing area; the correct bearing area number should be rotated to the carrying area,
5) Applying a thin layer of smooth oil or smooth grease to the housing bore facilitates the device and reduces the conflict and corrosion between the bearing outer ring and the housing bore during operation.
6) After placing the outer ring of the bearing bottom into the bearing housing, use the feeler gauge to check whether the outer ring can completely seat the bearing seat shoulder.
7) The bearing housing end cover should not be placed with metal gaskets; evenly tighten the four bolts equidistant until the bearing housing cover is pressed against the outer ring of the bearing; measure the gaps of three different orientations; obtain the average value of the gap (G) The thickness of the gasket to be loaded is necessary to be smaller than the gap G value by 0.05 mm; to ensure the bearing end cap is pre-tightened. Due to the difference in the outer ring width of the bearing; the metal washer of a given thickness cannot be used for other bearings.
8) Install the end caps of the bearing housing and place the metal gasket of suitable thickness and tighten all the end cap bolts with extra torque.
9) Place the bearing seat horizontally and put it into the oil seal; write the smoothing agent,
10) Remove the roll neck and apply a smoothing agent; the seal touch on the chamfered ring should also be altered; then place the bearing and housing assembly onto the roll neck and see if it can be seated.
11) When the device is locked, pay attention to the end face of the bearing inner ring; it should be guaranteed to reserve 0. 5 to 1 mm clearance.
2. Axial thrust bearing TDIK device:
1) If there is a keyway layout on the outer ring; make sure that the key is securely screwed to the bottom of the bearing housing; and the outer ring keyway corresponds to the key on the bearing housing; place the bottom outer ring into the bearing housing,
2) Insert the bearing inner ring assembly into the bearing housing.
3) Insert the bearing top end cap on the bearing into the bearing seat; all parts including the bearing cap, the outer ring and the bearing seat need to be firmly touched and the direction is common.
4) Apply the load to the bearing cap; tighten the tension spring so that the end face of the bearing cap and the outer ring are completely touched.
5) Rotate the inner ring by hand to completely seat the roller.
6) Ensure that the outer ring of the bearing and the end face of the bearing cover are completely touched; use a feeler gauge; measure the gap between the bearing cap shoulder and the bearing seat at a distance of 90°;
7) Add the above measurement value to 0. 3 to 0. 5 mm is the thickness of the required multilayer gasket; it is used between the bearing cap and the bearing housing.
8) Take out the outer ring and double inner ring at the top of the bearing and pre-smooth; the outer ring at the bottom is left in the bearing housing; apply some smooth oil on the raceway by hand.
9) Put the inner and outer rings of the bearing back onto the outer ring in the bearing housing; in front of the end cover of the device; it is necessary to ensure that the O-ring is placed on the end cap shoulder.
10) Install the end cap and the gasket of suitable thickness on the bearing seat; and ensure that the key corresponds to the keyway on the top outer ring; finally tighten the end cap screw; all the end cap bolts need to be screwed to the regular torque.
