(3) Small gap discharge uses forced pumping oil to force chip removal, which can stabilize the processing and high efficiency. However, the uneven flow field causes uneven chip accumulation, which has a great influence on the flatness, and strong scouring causes abnormal loss of the corners. Therefore, there is no need to flush the oil during finishing, but work hard to lift the knife.

(4) The processing difficulty and processing area of ​​complex cavity in different directions are definitely very different, and only the processing time per unit area is equal, so as to ensure the consistency of discharge gap under high efficiency. The use of translational technology to properly allocate time and digest this unevenness is the strength of Xia Mil.
