The new product uses a new structure that reduces the volume and thins the thickness. The fitting height is 0.6mm, which is “the thinnest level in the industry†(the company). The dimensions are only 4.35mm long and 2.3mm wide. In order to meet the increasing signal requirement due to the multi-function of the battery, the signal of the new product is increased from the original product's 2 pins to 4 pins. The rated current of the power terminal part supports 8A (signal pin is 1A). It is a 6-pin product with a 2-pin power supply and 4-pin signal.
The locking down structure and the contact terminal part adopt a locking structure to achieve a stable insertion and withdrawal force. The contact resistance is 5mΩ or less (power pin)/30mΩ or less (signal pin). The insulation resistance is DC250V (2 minutes)/1000MΩ, and the withstand voltage is AC200V (1 minute). Operating temperature range is -20°C～+85°C. Meet the requirements of the RoHS Directive.
