· GRJ-10 rice heat pump dryer passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal

Recently, the GRJ-10 Rice Heat Pump Dryer Scientific and Technological Achievement Appraisal Meeting hosted by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and hosted by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Agriculture was held in Guangzhou. The product was jointly completed by Guangdong Modern Agricultural Equipment Research Institute and Guangdong Hongke Agricultural Machinery Research and Development Co., Ltd. The appraisal committee agreed that the overall technology of the product has reached the international advanced level and filled the international gap.

It is understood that the project has studied key technologies such as air regenerative heat, dehumidification rate control and low temperature ventilation and drying, and integrated and developed a new type of drying equipment suitable for high moisture content rice in humid hot areas of southern China. The equipment has the characteristics of remarkable energy saving and emission reduction, green environmental protection and quality improvement. More than 60 sets of demonstrations have been applied, and its social, economic and ecological benefits are remarkable.

At the same time, the product adopts the countercurrent regenerative technology of air and heat pipe working medium to enhance the heat exchange effect of low temperature difference; the self-developed dehumidification rate control technology utilizes the “wet between the supply air temperature and humidity and the tail temperature and humidity”. The amount difference is used to realize the intelligent control of the supply air temperature and humidity and the air volume, optimize the operating conditions of the heat pump system, and effectively improve the drying efficiency; compared with the traditional rice drying technology, the energy saving effect is remarkable.
