Although some high-end CNC systems and machine tools have also formed certain demonstration applications in key manufacturing fields such as automobiles and power generation equipment, the scale and demonstration effects are far from the special requirements; the application demonstration in the aviation field has achieved good results, but The phenomenon that aviation military enterprises rely on imported machine tool products has not fundamentally changed.
Therefore, the demonstration application of domestic special-purpose numerical control system and high-grade numerical control system in the aerospace field, especially the complete solution for forming key components of the flight power plant, is to ensure the national strategic security; to further improve the domestic high-end five-axis CNC machine tools and high-end The technical level, reliability, ease of use and market share of CNC systems are of great significance.

Project background and objectives

Main technical difficulties
