This pressure detection sensor is a "force sensor" that uses piezoelectric elements built on MEMS technology to convert pressure changes into current changes for detection. Its external dimensions are 2mm × 1.6mm × 0.66mm, which belongs to the industry's smallest level in the power sensor and can be embedded in various devices such as robots and industrial equipment. For example, four feet can be mounted on the bottom of a biped walking robot to measure the weight balance and thereby control its posture.
