Early maturity, about 120 days after sowing. The result is strong, sometimes knotted. It has strong heat resistance and can grow normally at temperatures above 30 °C.
Second, the snake-shaped loofah cultivation points
1. For the grab-type frame
Transplanting in the direct or cotyledon stage, the plant spacing is 4m × (0.2 - 0.25) m, and the shed is covered with plastic film. When the seedling height is more than 50cm, insert the frame material, and the frame material requires a length of more than 2.5m. One wooden stake (9 at least 12cm in diameter) or cement column is placed every 4-5m, and the scaffolding is made of bamboo or iron wire according to the plant spacing. The scaffolding height is about 2m. Each plant leaves 2 to 3 results vines, along the bamboo or iron wire vines, tied to the shelves. In the early stage, the ditch was opened 50 cm away from the rhizosphere, and the manure was applied with heavy fertilizer. 250-300 kg of sesame cake fertilizer was applied per 667 m2, and 50-60 kg of ternary compound fertilizer was added. (1) The seeding period of the nursery in Nanjing is from February 10 to 15. (2) Colonization: Grab the weather in fine weather from late March to early April. The cultivation method is a greenhouse and a small shed with a mulch film. The row spacing is 40cm×50cm, and the 667m2 plant is about 2700 plants.

When the vine grows beyond the top of the frame, a piece of melon is collected downward to prevent the top bud from burning. In the first half of May, the top film can be removed, and then a plastic rope, a film rope or a wire is pulled longitudinally every 50 cm on the shelf frame, and a root is introduced into the scaffold in the afternoon.
3, harvest: the lower part of the loofah ovary, when the corolla withered, the melon ribs turn dark black for the harvest. Generally, the output of 667m2 for climbing frame can reach 4000kg, and the early output of Xiyuwo frame is 4-6 times of the former, and the output value can reach 10,000 yuan.
