1. First melt a small amount of solder and rosin on the tip of the soldering iron, and align the tip of the soldering iron and the solder wire at the same time.

2. When the flux on the tip of the soldering iron has not evaporated, contact the soldering tip with the solder wire at the same time and start melting the solder.

3. After the solder has infiltrated the entire solder joint, remove the soldering iron tip and the solder wire at the same time or remove the tin wire first. After the solder joint is full and beautiful, leave the soldering iron head and the solder wire. The welding process is generally suitable for 2 ~ 3s. When soldering integrated circuits, the amount of solder and flux must be strictly controlled. 4. When welding, ensure that each welding spot is firmly welded and in good contact. The tin dots should be bright, smooth and free of burrs, and the amount of tin should be moderate. Tin and the welded object are firmly fused, and there should be no virtual welding or false welding. Virtual soldering means that there is only a small amount of tin soldered at the solder joints, which results in poor contact and is always on and off. Fake soldering means that the surface seems to be welded, but it is not actually welded. Sometimes the wire can be pulled out of the solder joint by pulling it by hand.

5. For materials that are not easy to weld, the method of plating before welding should be used. For example, for aluminum parts that are not easy to weld, the surface can be coated with a layer of copper or silver before welding. The specific method is to first mix some CuSO4 (copper sulfate) or AgNO3 (silver nitrate) with water to make a solution with a concentration of about 20%. Then put the cotton ball with the above solution on top of the smooth aluminum piece polished with fine sandpaper, or you can soak the aluminum piece directly in the solution. Due to the replacement reaction of copper ions or silver ions with aluminum in the solution, a thin layer of metallic copper or silver will precipitate on the surface of aluminum parts after about 20 minutes. Use a sponge to suck up the solution on the aluminum part, put it under the lamp and bake until the surface is completely dry. After finishing the above work, apply alcohol solution of rosin on it, and it can be welded directly. The method is also applicable to iron parts and some alloys that are not easy to weld. The solution should be covered and kept in a cool place after use. When the concentration of the solution continues to decrease with the increase in the number of uses, it should be reconstituted. The solution is somewhat corrosive, and it should try to avoid contact with skin or other objects.
