The powdering method is to spray dry glaze powder on the hot bottom glaze, so that the coating and baking are combined into one operation, and it is also a necessary method for the large cast iron (bath, reaction pot, etc.). In addition, there are electrostatic powder coating and electrophoresis coating.

Product firing

The enamel-coated blank is fired in a box furnace, a rotary table furnace or a tunnel furnace. The borosilicate glaze containing the adhesion agent has a firing temperature of about 880 to 930 ° C, so that it can form an iron oxide layer on the surface of the green body, which is advantageous for the porcelain layer to be in close contact with the green body (steel material), so it is necessary to adopt Oxidizing atmosphere. The glaze firing temperature is slightly lower, the enamel glaze with turbid milk color is 850-900 ° C, and the titanium glaze is 820-860 ° C. In order to make the glaze with good opacity and vivid color and tightly combined with the bottom glaze, the firing time and the atmosphere in the furnace should be strictly controlled. If the cast iron body is made of enamel glaze and titanium glaze, it is especially sensitive to the atmosphere.
