How to maintain the wire rope chain hoist after use:
1. After each operation, firstly wipe the mud, dust or oil adhering to the loose end wire rope, loosen the jaws, pull out the wire rope, wrap the wire rope around the collecting frame, and wipe the full length wire rope to store the wire rope. Dry to prevent rust.
2. The hoist should be treated at least 4 times a year, such as using diesel to clean the parts and lubricate with calcium-based grease.
3. When the inside of the movement is filled with mud, cement or other dirt, it can be rinsed with clean water and then cleaned with diesel oil; after cleaning and drying, the calcium-based grease will be greased; finally, the jaws will be loosened and the net will be cleaned with a clean cotton yarn. Grease and moisture on the mouth.
4. When the jaws are worn and the bearing capacity is less than 80% of the rated load, the jaws should be replaced; when the diameter of the wire rope is reduced by 10%, the wire rope should be replaced.
