The first step: barrier installation 1, barrier fixed

According to the customer's requirements and with reference to the conditions on the site, the position of the barricade shall be placed, the barrier gate shall be opened, and the pencil shall be used for fixation. Draw the position of the fixing screw on the hole, move the barrier to open the fixing screw with the impact drill of Ф16, but pay attention to the damage of the pipeline under the installation position, and then use the Ф22 expansion screw to fix the gate, and each screw must be added After installing the washers and spring washers and fixing the gates, the brakes must be wiped clean and kept clean.

2. Barrier wiring

1 Check whether the interior marking of the chassis is clear before wiring; otherwise, do a good job of marking; 2 feet of measuring cable to the length of the terminal block of the chassis, and cut the excess wire after leaving a line of 1 meter; 3 Use a crimping pliers to turn the cover onto the cold The line pressure of the terminal is good, and then the wire pressed on the cold press terminal is connected to the terminal of the chassis according to the wiring diagram; 4 it is checked whether the connected wire is connected correctly, and whether the terminal is not tightened.

3, matters needing attention

1 Installation of barriers is to be sure to separate the power supply and control line in the PVC Ф25 line tube. Strictly according to the regulation of strong and weak electricity to separate the construction.

The power source of the 2 gates must be in good contact with the grounding terminal to keep it open to the earth. The shield of one end of the communication line should be grounded. It can be used together with the ground of 220V, but it must be kept well grounded.

Part II: Control Machine Installation Specification 1. Control Machine Fixing

Draw the position of the fixing screw, remove the control machine and use the impact drill of Ф14 to hit the fixing screw. After a good control machine, the control machine must be kept flat and clean.

2、Control wiring

3 Non-customer special requirements, the vertical projection of existing equipment can not exceed the security island.

Part 3: Electrical wiring check before power on

Description: First check the connection of the reader control card reader, exit card reader, barrier gate, computer and other related equipment according to the electrical connection. Check whether the connection terminals are loose, the connection is bad, whether the cable is exposed, use a multimeter to check whether there is Short circuit.

1. Disconnect the input power switch and check whether all the input and output terminals in the controller are loose. If it is found to be loose, unplug the connector and re-install it to ensure that the connectors are in good contact. Check whether the terminals of each wire are one by one. There is looseness and poor contact, if you find it necessary to reconnect.

2. Internal short-circuit check: Set the multimeter to the diode test gear, short the red and black meter leads, and buzzer sound the multimeter to make sure that the multimeter is working properly. Place the two test leads on the output of the power switch. The device does not tweet, indicating that there is no short circuit in the 220 AC input terminal; unplug the main chip of the control board, connect the red meter of the multimeter to the 40 (5V power supply) pin of the chip socket, and connect the black meter to the 20 (GND) of the socket, if the bee The buzzing sounds prove that there is a short circuit inside the circuit board. Other down operations should not be performed again. Please ask the technicians to deal with it. If the buzzer does not tweet, but the multimeter changes the display number, it is normal.
