The project was laid in November 2010 and has now entered the review phase of the planning scheme. The project is located north of Yingbin Avenue and east of Hubin West Road (behind the Red Star Meikailong Shopping Mall). Phase I covers an area of ​​about 55 acres, a construction scale of about 65,000 square meters, and an investment of about 200 million yuan. The project plan includes functions such as expo display, transaction, warehousing and logistics, e-commerce, supporting office, and business hotel, aiming to build the first city of the southeastern Hubei commerce and hardware industry. After completion, it will be led by hardware products, mechanical and electrical products, etc. It will involve nearly 20 types and tens of thousands of varieties. It is estimated that more than 2,000 jobs will be provided.
