**Abstract**
On August 22nd, the sixth session of the "Hangzhou Listed Company Integrity Convention Sunshine" was held in the vibrant city of Henan, under the guidance of the Henan Securities Regulatory Bureau and organized by the Henan Association of Listed Companies. The event took place amidst a bustling atmosphere, drawing over 40 participants, including representatives from listed companies, institutional and individual investors, brokerage analysts, and members of the media. This gathering aimed to foster transparency and trust between listed firms and their stakeholders.
The "Henan Listed Company Integrity Convention Sunshine" made its way to the Yellow River Cyclone, where attendees visited the R&D center and the super-hard materials production workshop. In the exhibition hall, visitors were shown the company's evolution—from a small chemical plant in Changge County producing asbestos tiles and copper sulfate—into a leading national enterprise specializing in super-hard materials. As the world’s largest production base for synthetic diamonds, the company supplies a wide range of products used in abrasive tools, geological exploration, and cutting equipment.
Liu Jian, the general manager of Yellow River Cyclone, emphasized the company’s commitment to integrity and ethical business practices. As a signatory of the "Honest Convention," the company has built its brand on honesty and continues to uphold these values. Liu expressed the company’s dedication to integrity management, standard development, and long-term goals such as delivering value to shareholders, improving employee welfare, satisfying customers, and contributing to society.
In addition, senior executives including General Manager Liu Jianshe, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General Du Changhong, Vice President Wang Yuchang, and CFO Zhang Yongjian engaged in an open dialogue with investors. Topics covered included private placements, core competitiveness, future growth opportunities, industry prospects, performance outlook, wastewater treatment, product quality control, pressure transfer media, wear resistance, insider trading prevention, and social responsibility. The discussion provided valuable insights into the company’s operations and strategic direction.
