Common mechanical faults and detection methods of blocking gate and three roller gate

We are no stranger to barrier gates and three-roll gates. As common security gates, we can often see and even use them. In the course of use, some mechanical failures will inevitably occur. Then the barrier gates and three-roll gates are in use. What are the common mechanical failures?
1. The brake and three-roller gate have no action after receiving the effective opening signal
When encountering this kind of situation, mainly check the situation by looking at the status of the motherboard indicator light.
1. The indicator lights of the main board of the blocking gate and the three-roller gate are normal. When the effective opening signal is given, the indicator light flashes intermittently and the direction indicator board will turn into a green arrow (here there are 2 signals in different directions). The gate has no action:
Detection method: detect the output voltage (AC18V) of the PC and PD of the PX terminal, detect whether the fuse (2A) fuse is blown; if normal, detect whether there is voltage output (DC24V) at both ends of the MA and MB of the DX terminal, if there is output To detect whether the motor connection is de-soldered; whether the motor is damaged;
2. The indicators of the main board of the blocking gate and the three-roller gate are off, and the LED digital tube has no display:
Detection method: detect the voltage output (AC12V) of PA and PB at the PX terminal; detect whether the fuse (1A) fuse is blown. If the above is normal, judge the motherboard is damaged;
2. The motors rotate back and forth after the gate and three roller gates are powered on
1. If the gate is installed and commissioned outdoors, it is necessary to determine whether the unlocking photoelectric switch is exposed to strong light:
Detection method: cover the chassis cover; if you need to open the chassis or movement cover, please cover the unlocked photoelectric switch with dark color opaque objects for debugging!
2. If it is not the above problem, test to unlock the photoelectric switch:
A. Check whether the photoelectric switch of the unlocking board is powered! Check whether the 4PIN thread is loose or poor contact;
B. Enter the debugging menu P00, turn the synchronous wheel to drive the light barrier to turn on the photocoupler 1 and the photocoupler 2, the red and green indicator lights should turn on in sequence, otherwise the unlock photoelectric switch is damaged;
3. Check whether the connection between the blocking shutter and the three-roller shutter to unlock the photoelectric switch and the main board is reliable;
4. When the red and green lights of the unlock photoelectric switch are on, the L5 and L2 indicators on the motherboard will turn on, otherwise the motherboard will be damaged.
3. The blocking gate and the three-roller gate cannot be lifted after power-on or fall off when the brake is running
1) Check whether the circlip on the lever-dropping mechanism has fallen off and whether the lock of the brake lever is severely worn;
2) Whether the lever-dropping mechanism is loose or not leading to a position shift: the spring piece of the lever-dropping mechanism should have a slight gap with the lock of the brake lever;
3) Whether the electromagnet is intact: the electromagnet should be hot during normal operation;
4) Detect the voltage output (DC24V) of LOCK1 and LOCK2 of the MX terminal on the motherboard, otherwise the motherboard will be damaged.
4. After opening and resetting, open again in the opposite direction
A. Open the movement cover and check whether the normally open and normally closed contacts of the left and right travel switches are sensitive;
B. Adjust the position of the light barrier;
C. Adjust the position of the left and right travel switches: when the left and right gates are unlocked normally, the left and right positioning arms cannot touch the travel switch (note: the gap between the two should be as small as possible).
5. Block gate and three-roller gate do not reset after opening
When the pedestrian passes, the gate will not be reset immediately, and there may be a situation where several people can pass continuously. After a delay, the gate will be locked:
Detection method: first check the reset photoelectric switch (same as unlocking the photoelectric switch); the L4 indicator on the main board will turn on when there is a signal output, otherwise the main board will be damaged; check whether the parameter setting P08 of the main board is set with memory;
6. No change in the direction indicator board
When opening the gate, check the voltage output (DV12V) of DIR-L and DIR-R on the main board of the gate, otherwise the main board will be damaged; if the main board is normal, the direction indicator board will be damaged.
