Broken bridge aluminum door and window profiles

There are two main ways to produce heat-insulating profiles. One is to use heat-insulating strip materials and aluminum profiles to form a “heat-insulated bridge” through mechanical teething, threading, rolling and other processes. The other is to inject the heat insulating material into the heat insulating cavity of the aluminum alloy profile, and to form a "insulation bridge" by solidifying and removing the broken bridge metal, which is called "casting type" heat insulating profile.

The inner and outer sides of the heat insulating profile may be profiles of different sections or different color profiles of different surface treatment methods. However, due to the influence of geography and climate, it is avoided that the linear expansion coefficient of the heat insulating material and the aluminum profile is very large, and there is a large stress and gap between the two during thermal expansion and contraction; at the same time, the heat insulating material and the aluminum profile are combined. In one, in the structure of doors and windows and curtain wall, it is also the same as aluminum. Therefore, it is required that the heat insulating material must have tensile strength, bending strength, expansion coefficient and elastic modulus close to those of the aluminum alloy profile, otherwise the heat insulating bridge may be broken and broken. Therefore, the choice of insulation material is very important.
