Reducing pipe application, specification model

The reducer is also called the size head. The diameters of the nozzles at both ends are different. They are used to connect pipes or flanges of different diameters for diameter reduction. The nozzles at both ends of the concentric reducer are centered on the same axis. When the diameter is changed, the position of the pipe is calculated by the axis, and the position of the pipe is constant. Generally, it is used for gas or vertical liquid pipe diameter reduction. At the same time, the energy-saving and emission-reducing effect is more remarkable. The light-heat efficiency of the water heater with the different-diameter dense-discharge technology can reach about 73%, which not only saves electricity, saves coal, but also reduces carbon dioxide emissions. The eccentric reducer is internally cut at the ends of the nozzle, and is generally used for horizontal liquid pipes.

The flowmeter of the corresponding caliber can be selected according to the actual flow rate of the process pipeline corresponding to the flow rate in the above table, and the flowmeter with the same caliber specification as the process pipeline can be selected as much as possible. When the eccentric reducer pipe is cut upward, it is called top flat installation. It is generally used for pump inlet, which is good for exhausting. The cut point is down to the bottom. It is generally used for adjusting the valve installation and using the drain. The concentric reducer facilitates fluid flow and has less interference with the fluid flow regime when the diameter is reduced, so the gas and the vertically flowing liquid conduit use concentric reducer diameter reduction.

First, the performance of the reducer

The different diameter pipe is a kind of socket pipe fitting. If the diameter specification of the different diameter pipe does not match the inner diameter of the process pipe, the corresponding diameter reduction or diameter expansion treatment should be carried out.

Second, the application of reducer

1. When the flow rate of the fluid in the pipeline changes, such as increasing or decreasing, the flow rate requirement is not changed much, and the reducer is required.

2. At the inlet of the pump, in order to prevent cavitation, a reducer is required.

3. With the instrument, such as the joint of the flow meter and the regulating valve, in order to cooperate with the joint of the meter, the reducer is also required.
