First, the installation notes
1. Discharge hood installation environment:
Excessive doors and windows should be avoided around the installation of the exhaust hood, because the air convection is too large when the doors and windows are too much, so that the effective suction range of the soot rises to less than 250 mm has spread a lot, and the effect of sucking and draining fume is affected.
2. The exhaust hood should be installed directly above the soot exhaust gas, with a height of 650~700mm.
3. Disassembly and exhaust hood exhaust pipe installation requirements:
(1) The distance from the exhaust outlet to the body should not be too long, and the turning radius should be as large as possible and less turning, otherwise the effect of smoke exhaustion will be affected.
(2) The exhaust pipe extends out of the room or into the common suction cold flue, and the interface is tight, and the exhaust gas is not required to be discharged into the hot flue.
4. Discharge the hood body to maintain the level: after the body is installed, observe its level.
Second, the installation method
In the following, a plastic bag is attached with tape to hold the particles of the wall and prevent it from falling off onto the table.
1. As shown in the figure, drill 3-10 holes in the wall, depth 50-55mm, bury 10 plastic expansion pipes, and then fasten the hooks (accessories) with wood screws.
2. Insert the smoke evacuation hose into the check valve assembly and tighten with a self-tapping screw.
3. After lifting the whole machine, the two rectangular holes on the back wall can be hung on the hook, and then the smoke exhaust hose is taken out of the room. Note that the outlet of the smoke exhaust hose should be lower than the indoor.
4. Install an M5x25 screw into the screw hole in the middle of the hanging plate and tighten it to prevent the hood from slipping off.
Third, the method of use
1. How to use the exhaust hood
Plug the power plug into a three-prong power outlet with a grounding device.
(1) In the off state, press the “strong†and “weak†keys to start the hood, run in the strong wind/weak wind state, and the “strong†and “weak†keys have the interlock function.
(2) The “light†button is used to control the lighting separately. Press the light once, then press the light to turn off.
(3) In the power-on state, press the “Off†button to stop the hood in the running state.
2. Precautions
(1) The gas discharged from the exhaust hood should not be discharged into the hot flue for the use of smoke for burning gas or other fuel to prevent fire.
(2) The exhaust hood is used when the stove consumes gas or other fuel, and the room must be well ventilated.
(3) It is forbidden to directly bake the range hood.
(4) A reliable grounded power outlet must be used.
(5) If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a special cord or a special component purchased from its manufacturer or service department.
(6) If the method specified in the instructions is not clear, the exhaust hood may be in danger of catching fire.
(7) When replacing the lamp, please unplug the power supply, and the power of each lamp is not more than 20W.
(8) When cleaning, please wear rubber gloves to prevent metal parts from hurting people. The removed parts should be handled gently to avoid deformation.
(9) Special care should be taken when cleaning the wind wheel. It is not allowed to collide or deform the weight of the blade, otherwise the whole machine will vibrate and the noise will increase.
(10) Unplug the power cord for a long time.
