When we processed the chamfered elbow in 90° in large quantities (Fig. 1), we designed a special drill fixture and achieved good results. The fixture makes clever use of the geometric shape of the elbow. In fact, without clamping, the workpiece 3 (Fig. 2) is placed in the station, and the handle 7 is gently pressed. The diagonal iron 2 is placed against the lower part of the workpiece.
