The project takes the power lithium-ion battery electrolyte as the research object, focusing on the needs of new energy vehicles for lithium battery cycling performance, safety performance, etc., through the study of molecular structure design, breakthrough in catalytic oxidation, solvent recycling, large-capacity production temperature control , High-purity, low-moisture purification and other key technologies, developed six kinds of film forming additives and two kinds of composite flame-retardant additives; optimized functional electrolyte formulation design process and electrode surface modification technology, developed high-temperature electrolyte, high voltage Electrolyte, flame-retardant electrolyte, silicon-carbon electrolyte and other series of functional electrolytes; breaking through the key technology of industrialization of the project, independent research and development of additive and electrolyte scale production of complete sets of equipment, built 200 tons / year power lithium ion battery additive production line, Achieved the transfer of technological achievements.
The completion of the project has effectively improved the performance of lithium-ion batteries in low temperature, high temperature, overcharge and flame retardance, and through the transfer of results, the lithium-ion battery materials industry in Fujian Province has further improved its scientific competitiveness and innovation capability. It is of great significance to promote the rapid development of the lithium-ion battery and new energy automobile industry in Fujian Province.
